Boreman & Babb Certified Public Accountants is the product of a partnership in 1999 between Daniel W. Boreman, CPA and Matthew D. Babb, CPA. Having begun their public accounting careers independently in 1989, Daniel and Matthew now lead a team of professionals dedicated to providing the highest quality accounting, planning and consulting services—services that offer a competitive edge to small and medium-sized businesses and help individuals preserve the fruits of their labor.

Daniel W. Boreman, CPA

Daniel is a native of Dillsburg, PA, and began his public accounting career in 1989 after graduating from Liberty University. He founded and started a sole practice prior to his co-founding of Boreman & Babb, CPA’s in December 1999. Dan enjoys spending time with his wife Jill, his three daughters Kaleigh, Sydney, and McKylie, his son-in-law Jason, and his grandsons, Brooks and Bo. Being an avid golfer, Dan can often be found on the golf course when not in the office.

Matthew D. Babb, CPA

Matthew began his career in public accounting in 1989 with a firm in the Harrisburg region, and he also worked in sole practice before becoming a Boreman & Babb founding partner. A Messiah College graduate, Matthew has been active in many community organizations, including Big Brothers/Big Sisters, Habitat for Humanity and the Multiple Sclerosis Society. He is a native of Allentown and enjoys hiking and travel with his wife.
